Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation and receipt via email. If you didn’t receive it or need another copy, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at support@coolhaus.co with your order number.
To return an item, please contact us at support@coolhaus.co within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a brief explanation (e.g. damaged, incorrect item). We'll guide you through the return process.
