1. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products (made-to-order or personalized), we only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Wrong item received

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@coolhaus.co with:

  • A photo of the item
  • Your order number

2. Refunds

If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom/personalized products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Products with signs of use

4. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we begin production and cannot guarantee changes.
